This is a great substitute for bread, buns, that kinda stuff and Its low carb.
3 Tablespoons of Almond flour ( I like Reds) 1 1/2 tablespoon of melted butter 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Melt the butter in a bowl at least 4 inches across and three inches high. add in the almond flour and the egg and whip it. whip it good. then add in the baking powder and whip it. You must whip it. now microwave this mixture in the bowl for a full 90 seconds. after its done I like to slice it in half and toast it to firm it up.
This makes an awesome burger bun or a bacon and cheese sandwich and is pure keto! Diabetes friendly too.
