What do you think? If my mask protects you and yours protects me, then why should I be the one who is unprotected? Shouldn't everyone be required to wear a mask? If I'm out with my elderly mom, then EVERYONE around better have a mask on and keep their distance.
Now, How can this be enforced? The city needs to conduct random visits to local establishments and place fines on companies who let people in and allow them to shop without a mask. In other words, they can't walk in with a mask and then take it off once inside the door. Place a hefty fine on the companies that allow this and they will make sure that everyone wears a mask. Some places like Costco have already started.
Then there are the employees. Fat food restaurants (Yes I go to them) are getting pretty bad about employees wearing masks while handling my food. Primarily managers. There's one in particular the has caught my eye who's managers don't wear masks the last 4 times I've been in there. I've reported this one and nothing has been done. I'll go in there today or tomorrow and see if that's still the case. If so, you will hear about it here.
To Be Continued...
BTW, I was in The Range Cafe a couple of time over the past week or so and EVERYONE was properly wearing a mask. In fact, one of those times I was seated where I could see in the kitchen when the wait staff would come and go, and the kitchen staff were even wearing masks. Thanks for doing the right thing.
